About Us

Kevin Lindstrom’s legal practice centers around estate planning and probate services in the Dallas/Fort Worth MetroPlex.

Originally from Austin, Texas, Kevin received a Bachelor of Science degree at Texas A&M University before earning a law degree from Southern Methodist University’s Dedman School of Law in 1997. He has been in the North Texas area ever since.

Kevin has been working hard to effectively represent his clients in a variety of areas, including a significant amount of personal injury work early in his career.

Experience with pro bono efforts in estate planning work showed Kevin the ways that a knowledgeable attorney can help families plan ahead for the toughest of times – allowing the family to focus less on the legal and financial concerns and more on the healing and personal issues involved. Since then, Kevin has expanded his practice to include the areas of business development and bankruptcy. In 2018, Lisa Harvell (below) joined the firm, giving us an opportunity to add title services. 

Kevin is a licensed attorney in the State of Texas, and is still involved in pro bono efforts through various local organizations.

Maya is a native Dallasite who went to New York to get her law degree and became a licensed New York attorney. She returned to Texas but has maintained her New York Bar license. Her experience with business development and bankruptcy cases helps our clients better understand their options.

Maya is a Court-appointed special advocate for children with Dallas CASA.
